Deleting your Pet Care account and data

Pet Care (package com.toponedev.petcare) lets you sign in with Google to share pet records with family caregivers. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data, as required by Google Play.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open Pet Care and go to the Family Sharing / Pro screen.
  2. If you are not already signed in, sign in with the Google account associated with the Pet Care account you want to delete.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Can't open the app?

Email us to request deletion from the address tied to your Google sign-in. We will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

If you were a caregiver in someone else's family (not its creator), deleting your account removes you from that family and detaches your name from the shared activity you recorded; the family's own records remain with its owner.

What is kept

Data we delete without being asked

There is one case where shared data is removed without anyone requesting it: if a family's subscription ends and is not renewed, the shared family is dissolved 30 days after Google Play reports the subscription expired. Cancelling does not start that clock; Play's own payment-retry period runs first. The app shows the remaining days to the owner and to every caregiver for the whole period, and resubscribing at any point stops it.

This removes the shared cloud copy only. The owner's pets and records stay on the owner's device and can still be exported. Your account is not deleted and your sign-in still works. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
